The house is a small family home on a 250 square meter plot, consisting of a large living room with satellite TV (flat screen), internet connection (free), large full kitchen (13 square meters) with washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, and many small appliances , such as egg and kettle, sandwich maker etc. - 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and large modern shower. There is also a large flat satellite in each bedroom.-TV with all German programs.
The garden is equipped with typical island plants, such as palm trees, large cacti, buganvillas etc.
Around the house you will find several terraces, all necessary garden furniture, a grill, 2 pergolas and can therefore follow the sun or dodge it.
There are also 2 inputs or Outputs. First the front door, directly under the pergola, which offers a view of the sea - and then an exit at the back, also under a pergola, directly onto a large terrace and into the garden. There you are protected from view and could even move around naked.
