This modern, fully-fenced, family friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated within walking distance to everything that Mangawhai Village has to offer. The house has an open plan living/dining/kitchen space with a decent size covered deck affording rural views. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with all nature of appliances including a rice cooker, blender, sandwich maker, popcorn maker, slow cooker, pie maker and air fryer.
When the weather does not go to plan, there are DVDS, books, jigsaw puzzles and board games to keep you entertained and a large screen TV with 3D capability (3D glasses and movies are provided). The house is double-glazed and the heat pump will keep the house cosy warm. Also try out the King Single therapeutic massage bed, its truly relaxing!
If you need to do a little work while away there is a work space with computer desk and chair but hopefully you can find plenty of time to relax and enjoy everything Mangawhai has to offer.
This is a perfect base for your family holiday in Mangawhai with walking to the markets, shops, restaurants, the Tavern and Bennetts chocolate shop/cafe. Alternatively Mangawhai Heads is only a 5 minute drive away with the surf beach, estuary, golf course and Mangawhai Activity Zone on offer.
