Positive: Proximity to the beach. But it's up steps and down steps over a sand dune fyi. Beds are comfortable. King, queen, single and bunk beds. 2 whole baths, 1 half bath. All kitchen accessories provided. Space to spread out. Pool and hot tub facility was nice.
Negative: Unfortunately for price, linens or dish towels should be provided as well as extra toilet paper. There are many steps. And parking is a squeeze. FYI there is no gas grill or BBQ at house. Also, corners or cabinet handles are sharp so dont bang your leg or will cut yourself. Pool was nice but it isn't heated.
