'Gulf View' is a sensational space overlooking the sparkling waters of 30A! With high ceilings, full kitchen, king size bed, twin bunk beds, and community washer and dryer, this unit is sure to have everything you need to enjoy a wonderful trip.
A well appointed 2nd floor unit on the west side of the building, this space is perfect for a small family or gathering of friends. The Owners have recently completed some major upgrades with all new flooring, new sofa, new dishwasher, new fridge, and new stove. The chef of your crowd will love all of the kitchen upgrades when preparing a Florida Seafood feast! There is a set of twin over twin bunkbeds with a half bath. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen tv with an attached full bathroom.
Inside you will find a calming atmosphere and the décor is sure to brighten your mood for the perfect vacation. Mornings can be spent sipping coffee enjoying the ocean breezes on your over-sized covered balcony boasting views of the Gulf of Mexico, and evenings can be spent kicking back and watch the flat screen from the comfort of the living room.
