This beautiful beach themed 3 bedroom apartment has the best of both worlds, being in a small complex – 1st floor walk up with ocean breeze, close to all amenities, transport and beaches. Newly renovated but with some of the old school charm of the original building.
Enjoy a coffee on the balcony in the mornings and take in the sun-drenched space or a family alfresco dinner in the courtyard. Walk down the street for a morning swim or surf, let the kids chill at the park then grab a coffee on the way back. Restaurants, cafes, retail stores and bars are all just a short walk from the apartment for everything you need on your vacation.
Located on the Southern end of the Gold Coast, the property has easy access to the hinterland full of rainforests and waterfalls. Walk and or short drive to famous beaches of Kirra – D-Bah – Cooly and Froggies. Byron Bay is also only a 45 minute drive down the coast for a fabulous day trip.

Summary: While the block of units is getting on in years, the owners have renovated the interior to create a functional space that ticks all the boxes. If you want to be walking distance to all that Kirra and Coolangatta has to offer without paying overs for a modern high-rise, then this property is for you. We were there as four guys on a golf weekend but would equally suit a young family.
