Summary: We were in for 3 nights to see some family and attend the rodeo. Everything was easy and communication was excellent. We had a minor issue when the city decided to turn off the water to the street, but the host was highly communicative and it ended up not being a big deal. I highly recommend the place, as it is very clean and neat.
