Summary: My husband and I needed a place to stay for Thanksgiving weekend near Auburn, CA where my family lives. Kippy's cottage was in the best location, tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just 2 minutes from the nearest grocery store as well as the freeway. We did not hear ANY road noise or disturbances, and the property was more stunning than the pictures online! Yard is well maintained, adorned with patio furniture, string lights and a huge comfy hammock, shaded by large leafy trees that are stunning this time of year! The house was decorated with hoiliday accents to add to the already welcoming vibe that helped us settle right in and feel at home. We were in awe of just how much love and thoughtfulness the host has put into this space. It's Gorgeous! Not only is it comfy and well decorated, but Kippy had everything we could possibly need that we may have forgotten at home. We really felt as though she cares an awful lot about her tenants that stay here. She is great at communicating and availing herself in case we needed anything during our visit. All appliances are up to date, and the construction of the home is perfect for any small family. We loved the secret door! Best vibe, best host, beautifully and built and maintained property that will most definitely remain on our list for future stays when we visit family. Thank you so much Kippy! We wish you all the best and may your future tenants appreciate the love you have put into your home as much as we did!
