KIPPILAW is a stately home with the grand character of yesteryear. Located on the famous Leura Mall in the Blue Mountains, just a short stroll from the many unique shops and restaurants, but far enough away to steep yourself in the peace and quiet for which Leura is renowned. Kippilaw is spacious and comfortable - including five bedrooms, two with ensuites, plus two more bathrooms and a powder room. There is a separate Pavilion with additional sleeping capacity, described below as Bedroom 6. BED CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Two single beds Bedroom 4 - Queen bed plus 2 single beds plus ensuite Bedroom 5 - Double bed. Bedroom 6 - For larger groups, an additional section of the house called The Pavilion provides an additional Queen bed and Single bed plus sofa bed, with an additional bathroom. There is a separate kitchenette and small living area. Please note this section is only automatically included when the group size exceeds 12 people. For groups up to 12 it is an optional extra which must be requested when you book. It is NOT rented out to separate groups, only used as additional bed capacity when required. When not required it remains locked off. The main house has a large well appointed kitchen adjacent to a spacious dining area with a table for ten. There is addition seating for meals along the kitchen island. The formal lounge has a slow combustion wood fire for cosy winter comfort, plus the whole home has reverse cycle central heating/cooling. There is ample off street parking and a large, level yard. The outdoor entertaining area includes a large natural gas BBQ plus a wood fired pizza oven. Kippilaw is fully equipped with furnishings, appliances, bedding and linen to ensure your stay is comfortable and carefree. TARIFFS - Due to system constraints, tariffs shown are Indicative only. We reserve the right to amend any Quotation when Approving a Booking Request. In this event you will have 24 hours to accept the Amended Quotation. EARLY CHECKIN and/or LATE CHECKOUT Subject to availability these options can be requested for an additional fee. Standard checkin 3.00pm Standard checkout 10.00am Early Checkin is $25 per hour Late Checkout $50 per hour. This must be requested at the time of booking.
