The All Seasons Collections 30A is pleased to offer this one of a kind amazing home as a first time rental. This spectacular contemporary chic home is the most recent addition to our portfolio of distinctive properties all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. Situated on a coveted oversized lot allowing for great outdoor entertaining while enjoying the saltwater pool and outside dining and seating areas. Upon entering the high-quality renovation is apparent throughout with the inspiring great room with two-story soaring ceilings, a feature fireplace and winding staircase will set the tone for what will be a one of a kind vacation experience. A gourmet kitchen to include all new Wolf and Subzero appliances, a Scotsman pellet ice machine, Cambria quartz countertops and wood shaker cabinets await the most discerning chef. Also located on the first floor is a King bedded ensuite. The grand staircase takes you to the second floor where the master bedroom ensuite is located and an additional king bedroom that share a bathroom with the bunk bedroom. This cozy second floor also features a comfortable seating area.

Summary: This home is gorgeous inside and out. Instant wow factor from not only the furniture, decor, architecture, but also the extremely clean interior. Management company was quick to respond with questions upon arrival. Even though the town was very busy for spring break, the street was quiet and we were able to find parking easily. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach and town. Community green space right out the back with concerts that we could enjoy from the private courtyard, while swimming and grilling.
