Positive: Location fantastic. Open and airy apartment.
Negative: Hosts/agents terrible. Supplies which were only for the first night very poor. Two toilet rolls two tea bags two coffee satchels small packets of laundry and dishwasher liquid for four people for seven nights in a unit for six people. Absolutely no hand soap or hand wash anywhere. Could not even wash our hands when we arrived. Interesting scenario given hand hygiene is still No 1 everywhere. Talked to the agent about it and they were less than helpful but said they would email the owner. We never heard anything or received anything. Went to see them couple of days later and was told we never promised you anything. Just looked at me with no hint of assistance. We have never experienced anything so disgusting in all our time travelling. Holiday Caloundra Agents should not be in the business.
