Blackbird Property offers you their latest home, Paradys, situated on the waterfront in the idyllic holiday location of Kingfisher Shores. This four-bedroom home is only an hour from Sydney, located on the lake with stunning views of Chain Valley Bay. The house has ample outdoor space, reverse-cycle air-air-conditioning in the living area and primary suite, ceiling fans and heaters in each of the bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Space:
Paradys is a modern residence with stunning views of the lakefront which comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

Each of the bedrooms has ceiling fans and the Primary Suite also has reverse cycle air-condition/heating and is in a separate wing to the rest of the house.
The living area includes two comfortable sofas, a 65 inch Smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix and reverse-cycle air-conditioning.
The living area leads out onto a spacious sun-drenched balcony and undercover patio with outdoor dining for six, a large outdoor sofa which seats five, a four seater loveseat, two sun lounges on the lawn with a small firepit and then next to the lake a rustic wooden picnic table which accommodates up to 8 adults.
The outdoor space is perfect for outdoor picnics, lounge chairs and direct access to the lake with a large, grassy area for kids and adults to enjoy the sunshine and serene lakeside setting, watersports, fishing and bushwalking trails
There is a well-designed bathroom as well as an ensuite as part of the primary suite.
The kitchen has been thoughtfully set up and includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and everything you could need if you wish to cook during your stay, including basic pantry items.
You hosts also provide a complimentary portacot and highchair. Please supply your own linen for the portacot.
Finally, there is an internal laundry with a washing machine for our guests to use during their stay.
For long-term guests (i.e. bookings of 21 days or more, you will be charged a monthly cleaning fee.
