Relax in the large living room with the gas fireplace while gazing out at beautiful mountain views and enjoying all the amenities that Owl's Nest has to offer!
Spring/Summer Activities include: 18-hole Nicklaus design golf course, platform tennis, outdoor hiking, biking, floating down the Pemi River and so much more!
This unit is turn-key, fully furnished with large smart TVs, 100Mbps Wifi, an updated massive deck with exquisite views, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, and several more unit amenities to list!
Located on the first floor is a spacious kitchen/dining/and living room to enjoy the beautiful mountain views that this unit has to offer along with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils, cookware, and basic spices that you will need including an ice maker. Enjoy the views on your spacious patio as well! Also, located on the first floor is a laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer, a guest bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, there is a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Adjacent to the master suite is the third bedroom with two bunk beds (three twins and one double bed) with an attached full bathroom.
