Positive: The house was quite clean. Heather, the maintenance person, was nice. (She came to correct the bathroom sink’s drainage problem.) We felt safe. No noise. The outside yard, back and front, needs much care.
Negative: Outside very unattractive. Bushes growing out of gutters; lawn is not manicured. Bushes (hedges) not trimmed back from walkway. Quite raggedy outside. The bathroom sink was not draining water upon my arrival; poor parking accessibility; 2 trash cans in front of house; dumpster immediately in front of front porch; house not easily accessible - on a street where the street sign is not visible. Owner response to messages is slow. Owner is not helpful when she does respond. Owner suggested in the departure notes that I start washing towels for the next guest. There were sheets and towels left in the dryer from the previous guest.
Summary: Good price. Requires too much from guests- placing cones in parking space; washing towels before leaving; eyesore outsid
