There is nothing like this available in Helen - Privately nestled on a hill, overlooking Helen which is just 1/4 mile away, quiet, private, serene, and full of natural scenery and wildlife! Kies is Truly magnificent and perfect for all types of getaways and celebrations!
Kies is one of the most beautiful properties/homes in all of Helen, GA. Completely private pool, new hot tub, three fireplace, ornamental pond, etc, screened porches and decks everywhere. It is a great place to relax, enjoy family, refresh, reset, and get-away to the North Georgia Mountains.
Kies Mountain Villa sits perched above Helen next to the Innsbruck Golfing community on a private drive in Helen, GA. Town is just .25 miles down the hill, an easy walk or bike ride, yet private and secluded with everything you need not to leave the Villa; quiet, and serene, tucked away up on the beautiful hillside.
Features – 16 feet by 36 feet in ground swimming pool (2-8 ft deep -OPEN from May 5th, 2023 - Oct 1, 2023 - possible extension based on weather or prior agreement with us), brand new Alps 8-person hot tub and cabana (new grill with propane), screened in back porch overlooks pool, front courtyard with ornamental fish pond, full kitchen, extra refrigerator, two car garage, private road and driveway, with beautiful Mediterranean architecture touches and clay shingle roof.
There are 3 wood burning fireplaces (w/ wood provided), all three with 60” Smart TVs mounted above them, one on each level including the master bedroom. Great high speed internet, cell phone reception, and use of our Netflix and Disney Plus accounts. There are 5 spacious bedrooms with three levelled back deck to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. A fully screened in porch with ceiling fan overlooks the in-ground swimming pool and cabana with new hot tub and grill (with ample propane gas provided for your use). In the front is a beautiful courtyard with sitting area and koi pond to relax and unwind as well. Two private 25 foot long decks are located in the master and the biggest bedroom (bunk room/den) on the lower level. There is an additional 40+ foot deck off the main living area that also overlooks the beautiful surroundings, and of course the pool area that is bricked all the way around.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipment with all major appliances with extra refrigerator and two car private garage. Washer/Dryer also available for guests' use. There are brand new hardwood floors throughout the master living area, steps, and master bedroom. Ceiling fans reside in every bedroom and new lighting and fixtures throughout the home. There is a bar area with semi-stocked fridge (non-alcoholic) in the dining room for your use. Snacks, coffee pods, and basic kitchen staples will be provided to you along with all of the dishes/pots/pans you need to cook.
Pets are welcome, one time fee of $125 for length of stay.
