Please do not inquire to book, or request a booking if you do not plan on respecting our neighbors. This one of a kind mansion is perfectly situated in 4s Ranch San Diego. Close to the coast and everything So. Cal has to offer, these privately gated grounds provide the perfect retreat for you and your family to enjoy the sunny San Diego weather. Gourmet kitchen has a walk in pantry with an extra refrigerator, perfect for catering! Each of the four main bedrooms come with a full en suite bathroom for complete privacy. Bedrooms have ultra plush luxurious carpeting, and a large TV. The Game room acts as a large fifth bedroom with private entrance, complete with pool table, poker table, dart board, two king size pull out sofa beds, and a full Murphy bed. All bedrooms come with freshly laundered linens, comfy beds, and plenty of pillows and blankets. We also have air mattresses available for use. The den acts as a workspace for those who are on working trips, or for any virtual learners needing some desk space. The salt water pool is heated year round and has two commercial grade slides that light up. The pool doubles as a lap pool, and has a spa. Enjoy lounging in comfort throughout the home, from the exquisite entrance room and massive living room, to the outdoor living room with fireplace and TV, there is enough room for everyone in your group to congregate and relax in luxury. BBQ provided with plenty of propane. Experience breathtaking views as the sun sets over the mountains, or watch as hot air balloons drift across the landscape. The turf has an inch and a half of foam throughout the grounds, adding an extra layer of protection for little ones running around. The playground is the ultimate paradise for groups with kids! Parents can watch their kiddos from the fire pit directly across from the playground, and there is a half bathroom that is at the end of the fire pit. For the sports enthusiasts we have a tennis/basketball court, badminton/volleyball court, soccer/football field, and plenty of extra supplies to keep your game going strong! Two times around the track is equal to a mile for those who enjoy walking or running. There is also a warehouse/ballroom that doubles as a game area or extra gathering area for large groups, and has a half bathroom located inside. All bookings receive use of all amenities, including the 8 seater golf cart, custom engineered train, and everything else listed.
