Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this two-story loft condo featuring tile flooring thru-out. This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. It also has a very nice wet bar and sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Seafarer twice a year since 2017 but we spend some time looking for another place to stay. We we arrived scaffolding all over the building, getting ready for renovation, it would have been nice to know before arrival Rm203 had multiple lights that were out (most in the bathroom) Coffee make has seen better days. Vanity Stool falling apart, no lamps on any end tables, makes it tough to read. All in all rm 203 not very inviting or comfortable.
