This complex provides their guests with use of the Community Pool which is open (approximately) May 23 to September 26 along with use of the racquetball court, tennis court, whirlpool, universal weight equipment and the clubhouse which also offers WIFI and there is also WIFI in the unit. Ground Level: Garage with washer/dryer, outside shower and interior access. Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, private full bath and private balcony with ocean views and a Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/DVD and a full private bathroom. Top Level: Living room with TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, game table seating 2 and deck access, dining room seating 4, kitchen with counter seating for 2 and a half bathroom. Access to an open sun deck with ocean views and deck furniture. Extras: 3 TVs, 3 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, gas grill & charcoal grill, outside shower, ceiling fans, deck furniture, garage parking for 1 car (2 additional spots outside) and community fitness room and community Pool and Hot tub.
