Positive: The location was excellent. There is a "god brot" bakery just across the road which was excellent! Heating The views were gorgeous Lift Luggage storage Friendly staff when contacted. Lots of electrical plug sockets. Comfortable beds Good Showers TV streaming services available. Second bathroom Solid wood floors It was a generally clean apartment. Big fridge Clean oven
Negative: The "Aircon" was a background noise constantly and there was no obvious way to switch it off. No toaster. Nowhere to hang clothes during the stay no closets or clothes hanging facilities so you have to live out of the suitcases and making the beds was challenging as there was nowhere to put duvets or pillows apart from the floor. Basic amount of towels left for our 4 day stay. We were in the attic apartment number 6 and it took us a couple of days to get used to the eaves and not bang heads when turning a corner. Not ideal for tall people (We are not tall) I know it's a Nordic custom in holiday apartments but having to make up bedding on arrival was not ideal. We did know in advance but it's a personal opinion. Having to make the beds meant that we spotted clean sheets with some staining. Clean but unsightly. The apartment did look a bit bigger in the photos and it's clear that it is well used. There were marks on walls and ceilings which could have been easily painted (or wiped down) during the quiet season (when we visited) and while it did not adversely affect our experience it is a missed opportunity to keep it fresh looking and give the wow factor to a potentially 10/10 apartment.
