**Our home is one side of a duplex with plenty of privacy. Deck and backyard are completely private with 6-8' fencing. Only shared space is the kayak launch right at seawall.

Keeping food cleaned up inside and out is definitely the best thing you can do to help us in this area. Please message host if you feel there is a problem.

This property is located on a beautiful canal. At low tide there can be as much as an 6-8' drop off from the seawall into the canal. We ask that you please be mindful of young children and make sure they are supervised at all times. We also have plenty of wildlife in the area that could potentially be dangerous. Never leave children outside alone.
