Welcome to "Casa del Agua"!! The property is a Bay-Side Trailer located in the community of Sexton Cove on Mile Marker (MM) 106. It's peaceful and quiet and only 1 hour from Miami and 2 hours from Key West.
Conveniently located near family-owned restaurants, shops and markets. Close to the world famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park where you can enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, going to the beach or taking a tour on a Glass-Bottom boat. While in Downtown Key Largo, boat charters and fishing trips are available. You will find Jacobs Aquatic Center which has 2 pools and an interactive water park featuring a Pirate Ship. Great for kids!
Or if your style is more laid back, BBQ and enjoy either the huge screened terrace with its comfortable patio furniture that overlooks the canal or enjoy sitting underneath the Tiki Hut looking out onto the bay. Kayaks and canoe available for use.
Located in the Sexton Cove community is a boat ramp which could be used to launch your boat. Maximum length 23 feet. Ample parking for vehicle and trailer at the property.

Also included are linens and towels. Central air conditioning with ceiling fans in every room. Washer and Dryer, TV and Wi-Fi.

Summary: Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, good internet, outdoor screened room was great for reading, drinking beer or taking a nap on the 3 seat couch. Owners were very friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Would definitely rent here again.
