Conveniently located in Upper Fl Keys only 45 mins to an hour from Miami. Great campground community with plenty to do such as a community pool, basketball court and children’s playground. On-site marina and boat ramp is available to guests. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with sheets provided, bathroom is a shower only with towels and toiletries provided. Fully stocked Kitchen and outside George Foreman electric grill and BBQ. Screened patio area with furniture. There is a full sized sleeper sofa in the living area and a 4 chair dining room.

Summary: Our family of 3 was very comfortable in this unit. The pictures accurately portray the accommodations. This is an older trailer as you can see from the pictures, but don't let that deter you from staying. While older the unit has been kept up and kept clean. We are definitely more concerned with cleanliness than updated decor. The host was always quick to respond. For some reason our app wasn't giving us the check-in instructions so she immediately emailed them to us as well. The campground is tucked away off of Hwy 1 and was incredibly quiet while we were there. The laundry is a short walk around the corner from the unit and the machines use debit/credit cards. It was wonderful that beach towels were provided as well as coffee supplies.The air-conditioning worked well during our stay. It was so nice to have 2 separate bedrooms as well as a couch in the living room. We didn't use any of the appliances other than the coffee maker, but all appeared to be in good working order. There were a variety of pots and pans as well as other kitchen necessities. We were very comfortable in this unit and would stay at Calusa again!
