There are verandas on two sides and a paved area in the front to take advantage of the view and allow you to enjoy a barbeque and the sun no matter which way the wind is blowing. There are two outdoor settings to enjoy a morning cuppa or afternoon bubbles.
Walk across the road to Kirwans Beach or use the bayside walking track to journey into St Helens which is only a 15 minute walk away. If you are in to bike riding the new course finishes about 200m away from the property.
The house looks over Kirwans Beach which the locals say has the best jetty fishing in Georges Bay. Bring a rod and dangle a line. Or content yourself with watching the resident pelicans and sea eagle.
