Summary: The check in process was good. We had a litttle trouble of our own fault arriving so late and not being able to see well. It was late and the response from the property owner/manager was immediate. We really appreciated that. The place smelled great and was clean. Pack an iron or steamer if you need one for the trip. We didn’t think about that and needed to attend a funeral slightly wrinkled. I do wish the housekeeper would have left a roll of paper towels. The toilet paper and paper towels were all almost gone and no replacements were available for either. I don’t mind if they start as used rolls but please include one roll of each to replace when new tenants arrive. We literally had 3 paper towels. There was no dish rag or dishwasher but they did have dish soap. Hand soap was also provided in the bathrooms and kitchen sink. There are a couple of towels and washcloths but definitely pack a few if your stay is longer than a day or two. They do have a very nice washer and dryer and a few laundry pods if you need to wash towels. The AC and fans worked well and the beds are comfortable. The community is quiet. The neighbor seemed friendly and offered advice on places to eat. The speed-bumps on the property are mountains! So be careful as you navigate in and out. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again. An iron, paper towels, toilet paper and a dish cloth and we would be 100%
