Welcome to the brand-new studio in Rutland. Uni-K Town is centrally and only a 10-min walk to transit, shopping and recreation. This studio has all new high-end kitchen appliances, in-suite stacher washer/dryer, pullout sofa Murphy bed, and parking stall.
Key fob access as well as ground parking is available.
All bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are provided. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us.

No PARTIES!!! All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
No SMOKING !!! No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property.
No DRUGS !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.
• One set of towels for each guest;
• Self check-in with fob and remotelock;
