Enjoy a relaxing stay at a newly built condo located in the beautiful Mckinley Beach community. The space has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure you have all the comforts of home while exploring Kelowna.
Wonderful location places you between Downtown Kelowna and Lake Country, giving you the opportunity to easily visit both areas!
The condo comfortably sleeps 4 people with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the secondary, and a sectional that has a pull out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new full sized appliances. Also included: waffle maker, Ninja blender, toaster, kettle, keruig machine (pods & drip coffee provided), pots/pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, cheese grater, spices, condiments etc.
There are two brand new smart TVs; a 65” in the living room and a 40” in the primary suite. Crave is provided, other streaming services will require your own log in.
A spacious 300 square foot private patio complete with a barbecue, dining table, outdoor living space, and two sun loungers. Cool off in the shared outdoor pool or relax in the roof top hot tub located in the neighbouring building. Robes are provided!
Walk down the road or one of the many hiking trails to the beach, where you can swim out to a dock or just enjoy the view at a picnic table. The beach is a little rocky so water shoes are recommended! You can also rent a paddle board or grab a slice of pizza at the newly opened Beach House Pizza.
1.4 km away from a tennis court, basketball hoops, pickle ball court, and playground. This spot is perfect for those who love outdoor activities.
