The Tennis Courts at The Bay Villas have been resurfaced, to include new nets and fencing. The Courts will be available to Guests and Owners of the Bay Villas only. The hours the courts are available for play will be from 8 AM to Dusk, seven days per week.

Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
