Summary: Staff was exceptionally helpful and so kind. We got late checkout… much appreciated. There were some things they didn’t know, like how to find a good driver at a good price; they did find us a driver and we neglected to check prices. Lesson learned! We found another one on an app.; shared his information with the hotel. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, all huge assets. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, including omelets cooked to order, fresh fruit and vegetables, and local dishes. Be aware that there is no fitness center or laundry facilities. Apparently the villas have laundry but it is unclear on the hotels.com site. The spa does not do massage for men, so I waited until we could both get massages elsewhere. Overall, we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.
