Positive: The apartment is cute, comfortable, clean, quiet, fully equipped with dishes, towels (beach towels too), laundry machines (very convenient), few steps away from pool and beach, located in a good neighborhood, very close to a variety of restaurants, and not too far from Old San Juan. We actually walked to the Old Town - long walk, but doable, and pleasant. (Needed a Uber to return, though). Along with the pictures I shared it is also a picture of the bathroom. Reason why is that some sites list “detached” bathroom as not private. The bathroom is private, inside the studio, very nice and clean, and equipped with toiletries. Peter, the host, was very nice and helpful. All detailed and clear instructions were given promptly once we signed up online with a copy of our IDs (a safety precaution we are in full agreement with for his and our own benefits.)
