Positive: The house is beautiful. It has everything we needed for a four days stay. Not far from the village square. Surrounded by medieval houses and a church. Our house owner was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. In the village square there's a cafe with delicious breakfast (Maria's Cafe MasTixi), and a small restaurant with fresh prepared tasty local food. They were open till late at night. The village is peaceful and all streets are well lit. It was a pleasure to walk around even at night. We visited Komi and Mavra Volia beaches. Both are very near and beautiful.
Negative: There is a staircase at the entrance door to reach the living area on the upper floor. It was not a problem for us.
Summary: It was a perfect choice for us to stay in this beautifully decorated stone village house.
