- Pets are allowed at $25 p/night per/ pet and must be paid prior to check-in date.
1) Guest will be responsible for collecting waste outside and disposing in outside trash can. 2) Controlling loud barking at night. 3) Dog must be kept in cage if dog is left in the home. 4) Dog must be a leash when outside the home. 5) Dogs can not weigh than 20 lbs
- Must not flush wet wipes, feminine products, trash down toilet.
- Please dispose of feminine products in designated trash cans in bathrooms.
- No Additional Guest No Loud Music or Parties. Quiet Hours after 10 pm.
- All disruptive parties and events are prohibited regardless of size. Guest who hold such events may be subject to an additional fee ($500) by the host, booking immediately cancelled with no refund, and have account removed from Booking site.
- DO NOT rearrange furniture.
- DO NOT wash comforters in washing machine.
- DO NOT leave dishes in the sink, instead please load into the dishwasher.

- DO NOT block sidewalk with cars while parking
- Long term stays mandatory cleaning of $250 every 28 days based on hosts -discretion after walk-through
