Summary: Nice location. Unit was a bit run down. We had no hot water in the kitchen sink and bathroom shower for two days until repairs were made. Kitchen was poorly equipped (no kettle for hot water, no vegetable peeler, no salad bowl forks, a very old coffee maker with a broken coffee pot lid, etc. ). Water came under the front door when it rained.
