Luxury 6 en-suite bedroom Villa Marnie in Kalamar Bay, has what must be one of the longest pools in Kalkan, at a whopping 20mtr long. It comes complete with a swim trainer so you can swim ‘against the tide’ for a really good workout. Inside is modern and spacious, with two bedrooms on the ground floor opening out to the poolside and the remaining four bedrooms on the first floor. For the cooler months there is underfloor heating throughout Plus off-road parking, camera and alarm system.
Ground Floor:
As you enter the ground floor you are greeted with a contemporary open-plan living space and kitchen spilling out onto the pool and outside area.
The comfortable lounge area features satellite TV. Adjacent to the lounge is the fresh and stylish kitchen, fully equipped with all your cooking appliances, including cold water dispenser. The kitchen island incorporates a breakfast bar, a great asset for those casual dining spots and to interact with other guests in the kitchen.
This floor also benefits from having a double en-suite bedroom with picture window bathroom, plus a twin en-suite bedroom. Both opening out onto the pool area. There is also a separate ground floor WC
