Comfortable family holiday bach, with view of Rangauru Harbour. Short walk to harbour beach, clear water, with good safe swimming when tide in. Kayaking in Harbour and tidal creeks. Excellent fishing in harbour and from undeveloped East beach. East beach 2 km away with beach launch into channel, or fish from the beach. 4 WD access onto beach, formed road to beach. East Beach has excellent swimming and good surf in the right conditions.
Excellent base to explore the Far North- Cape Reinga, Hendersons Bay, Rewarewa Beach, Ninety Mile beach. Supplies can be obtained from Houhora 30 km north, Kaitaia 30 km south
Great place to relax and enjoy the winterless North.
Special conditions:
Pets allowed with prior approval. Please keep them off beds and lounge and clean up after them.
Care with water as on tank supply. There is bore water for washing down boats etc.
No smoking anywhere on property or in house. $100 extra charge if cigarette butts found and if house not left clean andamp; tidy.
