Kai's Beach Cottage is a small cottage directly across from Alvins Island and Pompano Joes restaurant. Its across the street from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the emerald coast. You can walk, ride your bikes, or drive to the public beach access which is a short distance away. Our cottage provides a community pool right outside the back door, on the main level. We have 1 full BR and 1 bath, with a pull out sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 more. It has been remodeled with new flooring, and furniture. The cottage also provides a nice, quiet patio with a grill that overlooks the pool. The public beach across the street provides endless fun in the sun, where you can lay out in the sand right if front of Pompano Joes, to have endless drinks and food at the sand bar they provide. You can rent jet skis, and kayaks to play in the emerald green waters of the gulf of mexico. The old hwy 98 provides endless sidewalks to walk along to eat at the restraunts or to sight see. There are many other things for the kids as well. Big kahunas Water park, a skating rink, bungee jumping, bowling, movies, and a whole lot more a golf car ride away. We provide towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and flashlights for your entertainment on the beach. All other items that you need can be purchased right in front of you at Alvins Island.
