The Cottage

Brand new, fully customized cottage explicitly built for rental purposes with over 5500 sq ft of living space, including a brand new boat house with living quarters on the second floor that is on the water's edge. This custom cottage features floor-to-ceiling glass that leaves you feeling like you are living on top of the water. Open concept with a new Chef's Kitchen, and a spacious living room with incredible lake views. Dining can be accomplished indoors at our 9' rustic wood table or outdoors in our screened-in Muskoka room that is steps away from the kitchen. Other amenities include ice-cold air conditioning, High-Speed Bell internet, a 75" Smart Television in the living room, a 100" movie theatre, a games room, a gym and best of all a golf simulator. Sonos is provided for your indoor and outdoor audio entertainment. The master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, a fully equipped ensuite and a workstation, it also offers a surreal view that you will need to see to appreciate. At night utilize our motorized TV Mount, for added entertainment and privacy right from your bed. Kahshe Beach House was built to house your entire family, which is why we offer two additional Master Bedrooms, both also equipped with ensuites for both privacy and convenience. The first is right off of our main floor for easy access right next to our open-concept living room. The second is in our boat house, on the second floor where the view couldn't get any better!

*Septic System*
Please know this cottage has a septic system. This means nothing other then toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Do not flush sanitary products, baby-wipes, diapers, paper towel down any toilet. Kindly place these items in the garbage.
*Noise By-Law*
Please note the Town of Gravenhurst noise by-law applies between 11 p.m and 7 a.m. and can be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents, including: loud music, engines and shouting. Please be mindful of the noise.
*Outdoor Fires*
There is no daytime burning permitted on Gravenhurst. It is the guest’s responsibility to check updated fire bans and use only designated fire pit(s). Please ensure you fully extinguish the fire. No fire is to be left unattended at any time. Please avoid having fires on windy days
*Cleaning*
