Negative: The condo was advertised as sleeping 4 people but the couch was not appropriate to accommodate any people. It was old and the topper was so thin you would feel the springs. The 2 adults had to sleep on the floor. After contacting the rental company they provided us an airmattress. It was ok but not ideal. We managed.
