Welcome to the K38 baja paradise! This big beautiful beach home contains two separate units with individual entrances, and can sleep a total of 25 people! This is the perfect house for large events and retreats. Comes with outdoor tub, firepit, etc.! Please keep in mind that this house is NOT located in one of those resort type communities where everything is nicely groomed and everything perfectly placed by a planning committee- please don't expect a pristine spa-like resort experience here! If you keep an open mind, I can promise you that you will receive a raw authentic experience with true natural beauty, delicious food, warm and welcoming people, and fantastic surf. In the past month alone, we captured (and released) a baby octopus in the tide pools, we spotted dolphins frolicking in the surf, and we even rescued a baby seal trying to find its way back into the ocean! Kids will love exploring the tide pools right outside your front door. You can have a well trained masseuse to come to the house for a deep tissue massage! $30 per hour, $45 for 90 mins. Couples massage $60 for 2 hours. You can also have a private chef to cook you a fantastic meal right at the house! Please keep in mind that the house is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This is a great neighborhood with really cool and interesting people who enjoy a peaceful environment and a good night's sleep. Outside noise should be kept to a respectful level after 7pm and no loud music after 7pm. No fireworks are allowed in the community as well. I am an avid surfer that came for the waves and stayed for the natural beauty. This house is a surfer's dream. You will be in front of some of the top surf spots in all of Baja California that work for beginners as well as advanced surfers. You have three surf spots to choose from right outside your front door. To your left is K38, one of the most consistent and longest right handers on the Baja coast. In front of you is Maria's (rocky reef break), one of my favorite spots. With the right conditions, you can get barrels! To the right, is Theresa's, another ultra-consistent rocky-reef break. This is one of the most consistent locations in all of Baja california, and will pick up south, southwest, west, and northwest swells and works with all different types of tides. We fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and woke up to really fun waves to surf. Just to the left was a right point break that rolled 300 yards off the point and felt similar to Malibu, expect no crowd!! The neighbors were very sweet and helped with first aid when my girlfriend scraped her knee on a rock. The breakfast spot that we walked to about 100 feet north hand made their tortillas!!! I have been dreaming about the breakfast burritos sense! We had such a great time that I contemplated writing a bad review so that this place would be available anytime I wanted head down south. Lol. July 2015 My family and I had an amazing time at Ron's k38 home!! First, Ron was great at communication and answering any questions I had. The neighbors were so incredibly friendly, and the neighborhood felt safe. The house itself, you cannot beat being a few feet away from the water. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves, waking up and having coffee on the rooftop terrace and watching the surfers. The house is only a few houses down from k38 taco stand and surf shop! Highly recommend for surfers, families or anyone looking to relax. July 2015 Ron was extremely accommodating and was very prompt in his responses. Whatever information you need he's diligent in answering thoroughly. The house was clean and tidy. The best was the roof! Spa, hammock, grill and a little fire pit. He even had a sur(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)oard that we took turns using which was super fun. We bought wood just up the road at the surf shop. Awesome places to grab groceries, get a bite, drinks and enjoy the nightlife in the vicinity. Neighbors were really cool as I had conversations with several of them. I would come back and stay here in the future no problem do to how cool Ron was and how much I liked the property. June 2015 What a wonderful weekend at the K38 Ocean front house! Ron gave us an extremely detailed house guide that made the drive, our stay and activities stress free and so easy! The house is a surfers paradise, located steps from the ocean! We did yoga on the deck, walked to the tacos shops and Las Rocas pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We were able to bring our dogs, which was absolutely amazing! Ron made us feel so welcome and was so helpful with ANY questions we had before the trip and during. He always had a prompt response which was reassuring.
