Bring the whole family and friends to this great space with lots of room for fun and memories. This 7 bedroom chalet has 3 spacious levels to enjoy and relax in. On the 3rd floor there is a full kitchen and dining area completely open concept with access to the deck, which includes a BBQ perfect for summer cookouts. Lots of room for friendly competition with with both foosball & ping pong tables. A backyard for lawn games, fire pit and private hot tub and sauna. LCSTR20210000150

- Noise levels must be kept at a respectable level as there is a strict no noise bylaws in place by the town of Blue Mountain
- Guests must fill out a renter's agreement prior to staying with us, agreeing to all rules
- Guests can only park 5 vehicles in the driveway and there is no additional street parking
- Hot Tub use is prohibited after 11:00PM

Summary: It was disappointing to arrive and have only one shower (out of 2 for a 7bedroom outfit and there were 10 of us plus a baby)working and no hot tub. Communication with the property manager was excellent and the shower head was replaced the next day. Hot tub remained green with brown seats until Sunday when maintenance added chlorine at 6 pm. We were unable to use it til 8. It really needed to be emptied and refilled but no time for that. Although I was in communication with manager, - response time left only a few hours for our 3 day stay to use it. There were many things needing repair; kitchen drawer facing fell off in my hand, holes (one of two toilets rocked when you sat on it etc.However the house was clean, a well-equipped kitchen and great location. If they spent some on repairs and all was functioning - it would be easy to overlook the tired decor!!!maintenance
