Summary: The property is in a great area, very close to the beach. Plenty of parking. For the cost of the place, this isn’t worth it. Whoever did the remodeling on the property has no business in the construction field. The flooring is terrible, trip hazards everywhere. Paint is hit and miss on the walls. This was definitely a DIY project in a cheap way. The furniture is cheap and dirty. going through VRBO was way too expensive and it uses other sites as well. You don’t actually know which site you booked through and each of them have their own costs.
