The lake is mostly fresh water that mixes with saltwater from the gulf creating an incredible ecosystem of both fresh water and saltwater species. Dune lakes are a rare, natural phenomena that only exist in New Zealand, Australia, Madagascar and South Walton, Florida. “Just A Short Walk” is directly across the street from Eastern Lake. Enjoy stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing or fishing on this beautiful coastal dune lake.
This luxurious vacation home is located South of 30A close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Walk to Old Florida Fish House for drinks or dinner. Take the kids to a backyard party at The Big Chill with a wide variety of food and entertainment. You have easy access to all the restaurants, bars and shopping that 30A has to offer. If you prefer to stay home, Buddy’s Seafood Market and Steam Bar down the street has steamed shrimp and a fantastic assortment of fresh gulf seafood to-go. You will find a new Weber bloackstone grill on the back patio.
This gorgeous home was purchased by the current owners in February, 2023 and was never rented. Exceptionally clean home!
From the moment that you enter this beautiful home, you will feel welcomed by all that it has to offer—an open floor plan, tasteful decorations, and plenty of comfortable seating. Upstairs, you will find one spacious king room, a double queen bedrooms and a bunk room that is just the spot for the kids to relax after a fun day of playing in the waves. These three bedrooms share a large bath that has a jetted tub/shower combination.
