Located just five houses from the beach and only two blocks from Seaside Town Center, Savannah Cabana is an ideal family getaway with a prime location in Seaside, Florida. Perfect for young families, the home is just 266 feet (a one-minute walk) to the nearest beach access and a four-minute walk to the downtown Seaside Amphitheater and pedestrian-friendly town center. With over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance, convenience is right at your doorstep.
This charming one-bedroom cottage welcomes guests with a private screened-in porch, featuring a bistro set for two—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee—and four classic Seaside rocking chairs for relaxing family moments on the porch. Step inside to find an open first-floor layout connecting the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests and a flat-screen TV. Across from the living room, the dining area comfortably seats 4 to 6 people. The full-size kitchen, just off the dining room, is equipped with granite countertops, a full refrigerator, an electric stove, and a dishwasher—providing everything you need for cooking. Off the kitchen is a newly added full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity, along with a laundry area featuring a full-size washer and dryer tucked under the counter. The home also includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
The first floor also features the king primary bedroom, complete with a flat-screen TV and double doors that open onto the screened-in front porch. Summary: We had a wonderful week at the Savannah Cabana! The cottage is adorable. We loved the proximity to the beach and shops. Everything was walkable. We especially enjoyed the fitness center and private pools. While the family pool at the end of the street was closer, we preferred the west pool. There was a snack bar and more of a scene. We would stay at the SC in Seaside again in a heartbeat!
