Villa Loma is a one of a kind property high above the beaches and valleys of San Juan del Sur. This 5 bdrm home with stunning gardens was designed to sit in harmony with it's surroundings. Even our "oasis pool" feels like something you might stumble upon on a trek through the deep jungle. Regular visits from toucans, monkeys and parrots help to complete an experience most visitors to Nicaragua never get.
The living area is divided into 3 buildings. The larger building houses the kitchen, living area and 2 of the bedrooms.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located in a smaller casita about 5 meters from the main building.
The last 2 bedrooms are located in the grotto area beside the pool.
Guests should note that the property does not have AC. Being up on a hill with more access to the breeze, temperatures are regularly 5 - 10 degrees lower than the rest of San Juan del Sur. Each bedroom has a large ceiling fan to help keep things cool. We've always found that to be sufficient for a peaceful nights sleep.
Finally, if you venture out of the main courtyard, down the path and through the jungle you'll find our private covered yoga deck waiting for you and your sun salutations.
