Summary: The place was perfect! Everything was just as the listing showed. No surprises. The only thing was the wall unit for Heating and Air Conditioning operation was convoluted and it was not functioning well at all. This was on the top and the bottom floor. Glad for snuggling and warmer weather in November. I can only imagine being there in the summer GA Heat. The owners instructions were pretty straightforward. The place was great otherwise!!
