The large gourmet kitchen is fully appointed with top of the line appliances, breakfast bar seating, and all the dishware and cookware you will need! This is not the typical rental unit and you will have everything you need at your fingertips. Enjoy a beautiful evening view from the dinning area with large table and seating for six and a bar that seats 4. A large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The balcony is comfortably equipped for dining and lounging.
