Northeast Tacoma, also known as Browns Point, is located across Commencement Bay from Downtown Tacoma.
Known for its breathtaking views of Commencement Bay and the Olympic Mountains and treasured for its convenient access to urban amenities, Northeast Tacoma offers residents the feel of a close-knit, suburban community. People love being able to spend time in nature at places like Dash Point, Dash Point State Park, and North Shore Public Golf Course while still having quick and easy access to Downtown Tacoma, the Port of Tacoma, and the train to Seattle.
In addition to spending time at the beach or enjoying a scenic round of golf, NE Tacoma offers visitors a variety of things to do. Home to Dash Point State Park, this outdoor oasis is its own little world and makes it easy to get out into nature without having to travel far. Waterview Haven is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood where you will easily meet people walking their dogs.
As our guest, you will have code access to the gated community park with beach access.
You will receive an access code two days before your check-in.
The rental includes access to the entire home and garage with the excpetion of locked storage closets.
This home sleeps a total of 10 people.

We recommend bringing or renting a vehicle. Uber and Lyft are also great options.
To spend time in downtown Seattle, you can catch the Light Rail at SeaTac Airport or the train from Tacoma to avoid downtown parking.
