Our 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has an incredible view of the Gulf from the 17th floor, located in the west building. The master suite has balcony access, large comfortable king bed, large television , ceiling fan and two closets. The master bath has a large jacuzzi garden tub, travertine shower and floors, and a vanity area for the lady of the house.
Our second bedroom contains a king bed, large television, shower and a spacious closet.
Our third bedroom contains a twin set, large television and a closet. These two rooms share a balcony which overlooks the Perdido Key area with a limited view of the Intracoastal waterway and the unique Villagio Village, featuring The Jelly Fish Bar and specialty shopping.
A well equipped spacious kitchen featuring granite countertops, travertine floors, spacious pantry and a convection oven.
Dining table seats 8 and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar.
Living area has comfortable seating, large television and DVD player.
Balcony seats 8 and an additional lounge chair.
Laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and cable throughout.
Another really nice feature, the elevator delivers you to your own private foyer.
