DIRECT WATERFRONT ON CANDLEWOOD LAKE with western exposure providing gorgeous sunsets. One of the original homes in a private community that was tastefully remodeled. Be the first to enjoy and relax in this lakefront retreat with over 200’ of direct waterfront.
The home is easily accessible and near many amenities. Enjoy private steps down to the lake in addition to dock access with space for one boat May-October.
The home offers a custom, clean, comfortable, lakeside cape where memories can be made. A well designed functioning floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Downstairs you will be welcomed by a tastefully decorated and relaxing living room with gas fireplace, full bath and 2nd summer kitchen with a pass through to sun room perfect for morning coffee. Best of all the original bar was restored!
On main level are 2 comfortable and welcoming bedrooms, one with stunning lake views. Classic bathroom with jetted tub. Open living room with floor to ceiling windows offering stunning views in addition to another gas fireplace with sitting area. Main kitchen with Wolf stove/oven, wine fridge and SubZero refrigerator and dining are on this level. On the 3rd floor is private Master Bedroom with lake views and private bath.
Fine finishes, master craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail were the owner’s goal with remodeling this wonderful Candlewood Lake getaway. The property has been in the owner’s family for over 70 years. Details include upgraded electronics and appliances, central air and most important great outdoor/lakeside space for relaxing and/or entertaining. Outdoor space includes 2 Bluestone patios with outdoor lounge furniture in addition to deck with dining and grill. Also, you will have access to community beach, playground, ballfield, volleyball and basketball courts all within a 5 min walk. Kayak available for use.
