Positive: Location is amazing - very convenient for enjoying the old town and primary attractions of the city.
Negative: It's useful to know there are multiple flights of stairs to access these flats, so this might be a consideration for those travelling with older people and/or a lot of luggage. There is no A/C, so in the summer months it's quite uncomfortable, although after I requested a fan they provided one which made it easier to sleep. Keeping the windows open is not a great option, since the property doesn't have screens on the window and it was covered with insects everywhere. For the price point, it would be nice to welcome guests with a bottle of water minimally, or something to drink after 3.5 flights of stairs considering we arrived on a public holiday and everything was closed to buy any groceries or drinks. If you're travelling by car, keep in mind you'll have to pay to use a nearby parking garage.
Summary: Great location - a bit basic for the price.
