Positive: Really nice and spacious apartment in a walking distance from a bus stop with connection to the town centre. It was super clean. Thanks to the blinds outside of the windows it was also very quiet. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking.
Negative: It was February and heating was provided by one aircondition unit which realy was not enough to make the room warm (warm air stayed at the ceiling and the ground was very cold).
