Positive: Great hotel, literally seconds away from Akihabara station. Room was spacious with FANTASTIC views (as seen in photo - that was the view from my room) into Akihabara. I stayed with my Son and we had two single beds and there was more than enough room for two suitcases, and loads of merchandise which we'd collected over the course of our two week trip. Airconditioning in the room was brilliant - took the room temp down to a frosty 17c when it was 35c ++ outside! Free tea & coffee facilities in the lounge. Washing machines and dryers on the third floor (SUICA card or cash. 400 Yen for washing which includes liquid cleaner and 100 Yen per 30 mins for the drier). Convenient for Henada airport too; 3 stops on the "green line" then onto the monorail. Took about 50 mins in total. Will certainly stay there again if I'm lucky enough to visit Japan again.
